About

Hello, hello!

I am a dedicated artist and children's illustrator based in Northern Virginia. I graduated from James Madison University with a B.S. in Biology. During my undergraduate studies, I worked on numerous graphic design and illustration projects. One of my most significant projects was illustrating anatomical diagrams for JMU’s undergraduate nursing program. While illustrating anatomy was an enriching experience that combined my love of art and biology, my passion for storytelling and creativity ultimately led me to pursue children's illustration.

I was born and raised in Northern Virginia. As the daughter of a French immigrant mother and a physicist father, I grew up in a home that nurtured my curiosity, creativity, and love for storytelling. When I'm not drawing or painting, I enjoy taking my dogs on runs, going on adventures with my sister, or curling up with a good book and a cup of coffee.
